My Music Video!

Image
This was my music video for AICE! I love the way the video turned out. It was a fun process to film and edit and see my picture come to real life. I wouldn't have wanted to film it with any group because I felt that working alone on this project gave me a lot more creative freedom and I could let my mind roam free on my project. It was fairly difficult at times where we had to redo the scenes over and over to get the perfect one, however it all came together perfectly! Since my last project, I definitely have improved. The editing of my video and the filming process was a lot more easier since I had seen and worked on a project similar to this before. There were so many scenes to film and a lot of the scenes I pictured and plotted out on my storyboard unfortunately could not have been done, however I fixed the project and replaced those scenes with similar ideas and blogged the process. It was difficult to keep up with all the blogs because it was a lengthy process. I am very pro

Rush The Process

The last day of our production was insanely difficult. There were so many places to go and to finish the filming. One of the more difficult obstacles we faced this day was filming at the gym, at the particular gym I go to, they don’t like lots of filming. I was using a professional video camera so hiding it was more difficult. However, I got the scenes all finished and the end result was amazing! It was a very stressful process to finish the scenes perfectly, however it was such a satisfying feeling to know I was done filming! This day I completely transferred all the files from the video camera to my computer and began the process of editing, I had to transfer a song into the file and then begin to organize my scenes. I had to go through each scene and cut and edit them. After going through every clip and editing them, I picked the scenes that seemed the best fitting and imported them in order. After this, I imported the music. I had to purchase the song due to a copyright violation

Another Rainy Day

The second day of production was definitely a difficult one. The weather was not looking well at all and it was so difficult to find a way to meet up with my partner. However, we did accomplish a lot of scenes this day. We drove to another area in my neighborhood to record the last scene of us jumping into each others arms and we also filmed the sad scene. The most difficult scene to film was the sad scene where I am looking through memories because it was genuinely difficult to find a good angle so that the viewers can understand what is going on. The other scene was easy to film and didn't take much time at all. I started to download these clips onto my computer and begin the editing process even without the rest of the filming done. I had most of my scenes done besides for about two or three and I wanted to begin the editing process such as choosing the particular part of the song I want to use, editing the clips, and importing them tin to match with the music. I spent about two

The Breakup Production

The first day of production was very easy, there were only a few scenes shot. My partner and I had to film the clips in different orders because of the scenery in some clips. A lot of our planning got changed such as the location of the clips and some of the angles. The scenes that were supposed to be shot at the beach were changed to being shot in a hammock in my backyard, this was because we couldn't find transportation to the beach that day, also with shortage of timing and my scheduling of work and my partners scheduling of after school activities, it was difficult to find a good day to film at the beach. Since we had to film outside at my pool, we also changed the activity to make the project more appropriate and less personal. The activity was changed to the couple reading a book on the hammock and having a friendly conversation. Another scene that was changed was the placement of the couple getting broken up with and blocked. I had to way to film at work because it was very
