Group Advertisement Blog

    Hello! This is my blog about the Group Advertisements project. The participants in my group are Ella Wills and Darrow Nasca. We decided that this group would work really well together. We keep each other on task and on top of the assignments and we hold each other accountable for responsibilities we have. Some ideas we began to think about were what products should we advertise? The first things we thought of relating to sports were shoes, energy drinks, and music. When it comes to athleticism, the main focus goes towards energy. Energy is a huge part of sports and what are some of the things to come to mind when you think of energy? Music, music lets off different chemicals inside of the brain such as serotonin. Energy drinks, caffeine is a must have when it comes to sports. Sports wear you out and leave you exhausted so many people drink a quick boost of caffeine before they hit those workouts! The last thing we correlate when it comes to sports and energy is shoes! To play a sport well or even work out, you need the perfect shoe. The perfect sneaker that fits just right, the perfect high top that gets a grip, or even the perfect cleats that help you run faster than before. It's all about the shoes. My group has yet to choose between these three options for our advertisement but something is leaning towards energy drinks. Theres a far range of energy drinks to choose from and so many more capabilities and shots to use during the commercial. Through many brands, concepts, and ideas, with the people in my time I'm sure we will have a very fun, upbeat, and convincing commercial. Darrow will be our main actor, I will be in charge of editing, and Ella will be a side character and a help with filming. We took notes on steps to take to film our commercial beginning with the starter idea, making a treatment, adding a dialogue, making a storyboard (your story in comic book form), filming, editing, and lastly reshooting any little parts needed!

Close to the Finish Line

 It's practically that time! Ella and I are so eager to say that we are nearly finished with our film venture! We ran into certain issues on the way with every last bit of it. Despite the fact that we actually pushed through and finished the altering. We definitely disapproved of adding the music and audio effects. Sadly they were not connecting as expected to the film. We attempted numerous choices to inspire it to work and every one of them fizzled. We then, at that point, started to overreact a smidgen. We looked into certain recordings on youtube to help out us. We at long last observed one that was useful. We continued back to altering and it at last worked! Sadly that wasn't all. Then a few clasps vanished while altering too. Group Final Task Blog

 Hello! Finally there is a new project! This calls for new people, new ideas, and new opportunities. For my final task project I will be working with Ella Wills from my first project. At the beginning of the week as we became introduced with the project itself, we had a group of four set up with two of our friends, we then decided it would be better to work alone because it is much more convenient and practical. The concept of working on huge projects with friends can be difficult because you don't want to work with strangers but also don't want to be distracted by your friends. Even through this could possibly be a future issue or worry, Ella and I work amazingly together. We have known one another since we were toddlers and we grew up in close proximity to one another with similar job schedules, school schedules, etc. This project will be easy for us because we are very hard workers and we can 100% accomplish what is thrown at us. Title Research: Suicide Squad

 The last movie that we decided to research was the very well known movie Suicide Squad. This movie was a huge movie in 2016 and was loved by everyone all around the world. The closing title sequence contained  how a movie or television show presents its title, key production elements, and cast members using visuals and sound. They included the director, the actors, screenplay maker, screen story maker, the producers, editors, and other important figures in the making of the movie. This is important because it gives acknowledgement to the people who contributed big parts into making the movie. The images produced in the title sequence for this movie were many shots zooming back into different scenes and important places.
