Final Task Planning: Script

 script...


scene 1

-Ella: aren’t you so excited to have a vacation! (on the plane)

-dellana: are you kidding? obviously!

-Ella: (sighs) finally..to have a break from all the trouble that’s been going on here at the department.

-Dellana: I wouldn’t be so sure about having no trouble you know there’s always someone or something bad around. 

-Ella: I hope not don’t jinx it! (island music plays as they close their eyes) 


scene 2

(both Ella and Dellana are standing outside the airport in the Florida keys with big hats on and their suitcases looking around)

lighting: sunshine with slight shade

[non-diegetic sound- island music continues to play in background while birds are chirping]

-Ella: we look like major tourists right now 

-Dellana: well, maybe because we are (rolls eyes and laughs)


scene 3

(while checking into the hotel dellana notices some mysterious man down the hall. Not wanting to worry Ella,  she lies to check it out) 

-Dellana: hey i’ll be right back just gonna go use the ladies room.

-Ella: okay hurry back I wanna go straight to the pool! 

(dellana laughs nervously and proceeds to walk down the hall)


scene 4

(dellana approaching the hallway)

-Dellana: where did you go? (she says to herself)

-Dellana: I swear he was just here!

non -diegetic sound: mysterious music plays softly

lighting: dark hallway/ slight bit of light 

Dellana: whatever i’m going to try and relax 

(walks back to where Ella is)


scene 5

(ella and dellana laying the sun by the pool of their hotel)

-Ella: ahhhh This is so nice right D [grinning]

-Dellana: (dellana still unsettled after what she saw earlier) Yes so nice.. love it ..yeah

-Ella: Oh no what’s wrong ? (says annoyed)

lighting: sunny 

non-diegetic sound: island music plays softly 

-Dellana: nothing just something about this place doesn’t seem right.

Ella: oh please just get off work mode and relax.. we deserve it.


scene 6

(the girls both are in the hotel room)

dellana: i’m going to the vending machine down stairs you want anything?

Ella: no thanks i’m waiting for dinner 

non-diegetic sound: footsteps of dellana walking down stairs. 

lighting: flickering lights down the stairway 

    ⁃    suddenly she sees the same mysterious man and he’s with someone this time

    ⁃    he’s with some other guy handing him a weird looking duffel bag. 

    ⁃    they see dellana on the stairs and stop what their doing and being to walk vastly the opposite direction.

    ⁃    dellana begins to follow them and realizes they are dealing drugs. 

    ⁃    she sees his face and it looks very familiar…

    ⁃    everything finally clicked in her brain.. this was a fugitive who has been on the run for as long as she was in the police department. And he was here in this very hotel. 


scene 7

dellana: I have to go and get Ella right now!! (says while running at the speed of light back up to the room)

[dellana bursts the door open]

Dellana: ELLA THE DRUG FUGITIVE THAT HAS BEEN ON THE RUN IS IN THIS HOTEL RIGHT NOW!!! I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING OFF ABOUT IT HERE.

Ella: please you are going crazy.. stop stressing out 

dellana: i’m being serious we have to go find him hurry!! [she grabs ella and they begin to run]

lighting: shady but slightly sunny

non-diegetic sound: mysterious music plays softly with loud footsteps of Ella and Dellana running.


scene 8

dellana: I swear he was right here a minute ago!!

Ella: Well maybe you saw the wrong guy. [ shrugs shoulders]

Dellana: No, you don’t understand he was just right here. 

Dellana: we are not leaving this place until we find this man!

Ella: Oh boy this is gonna be a long trip. 

non-diegetic sound: escape chase sound plays 

lighting: goes to dark

 It's practically that time! Ella and I are so eager to say that we are nearly finished with our film venture! We ran into certain issues on the way with every last bit of it. Despite the fact that we actually pushed through and finished the altering. We definitely disapproved of adding the music and audio effects. Sadly they were not connecting as expected to the film. We attempted numerous choices to inspire it to work and every one of them fizzled. We then, at that point, started to overreact a smidgen. We looked into certain recordings on youtube to help out us. We at long last observed one that was useful. We continued back to altering and it at last worked! Sadly that wasn't all. Then a few clasps vanished while altering too. Group Final Task Blog

 Hello! Finally there is a new project! This calls for new people, new ideas, and new opportunities. For my final task project I will be working with Ella Wills from my first project. At the beginning of the week as we became introduced with the project itself, we had a group of four set up with two of our friends, we then decided it would be better to work alone because it is much more convenient and practical. The concept of working on huge projects with friends can be difficult because you don't want to work with strangers but also don't want to be distracted by your friends. Even through this could possibly be a future issue or worry, Ella and I work amazingly together. We have known one another since we were toddlers and we grew up in close proximity to one another with similar job schedules, school schedules, etc. This project will be easy for us because we are very hard workers and we can 100% accomplish what is thrown at us. Title Research: Suicide Squad

 The last movie that we decided to research was the very well known movie Suicide Squad. This movie was a huge movie in 2016 and was loved by everyone all around the world. The closing title sequence contained  how a movie or television show presents its title, key production elements, and cast members using visuals and sound. They included the director, the actors, screenplay maker, screen story maker, the producers, editors, and other important figures in the making of the movie. This is important because it gives acknowledgement to the people who contributed big parts into making the movie. The images produced in the title sequence for this movie were many shots zooming back into different scenes and important places. The title sequence is very colorful and is a zoom out through jail cells, guns, villains, skulls, weapons, etc. The title sequence is relevant to the movie because it has all things that are widely used in the movie.
