Planning Blog

 Props: Since our group decided on RedBull as our advertisement product, we will need Redbull cans as well as a skateboard. We will be using the skateboard for our activity and the track and field. 

Costumes: The dress code for the actors will be no brand names on their clothing. The commercial is for RedBull not Nike, Adidas, or any other name brand.. The clothing worn has to be athletic with no logo on it. As for shoes, a logo is fine as long as it is a sporty shoe. Our male actor will have on a workout thin shirt, comfortable shorts, and comfortable shoes. The female actress will have on a tank top, or sports bra with comfortable pants or shorts, and the shoes will be comfortable. 

Schedule: 

9/22/21: Do blogs and research on the commercial

9/24/21: Start storyboard to plan out the ideas and scenes for the advertisement. 

9/28/21: Begin filming 

9/30/21: Re-film whatever shots needed and begin editing 

10/1/21-10/2/21: Continue editing and finalize project 

Locations for filming:

The school track: In this scene we will have our actor/actress going down to the track preparing to get his workout in. He is exhausted and has no energy but has to keep up with exercise, he begins to run, he is slow, he trips over himself, and he keeps taking continuous breaks. The other actor goes up to him offering him a red bull. He takes a sip and feels the energy rush through his body. The actor tries again to run and runs super fast and he is filled with energy. He has the best workout he's ever had. 

The football field: This is where our actor will be taking his breaks from his first clip, and this is where the product will be introduced. 

Hallways: After the school track short films and clips, we will add in videos of the actor riding his skateboard around the schools hallways. He is having fun and doing sporty activities due to the huge energy boost. 

Backup Plan: If it is bad weather or if our idea somehow doesn't work out, the skateboarding idea will be the same concept. He will skateboard through the school with his burst of energy. The weather can be bad to do these scenes because he is inside of the schools hallways. The same concept is introduced, however it is in a different setting. If worst comes to worst and we have no actor or filter, we can pay another student to film or act in our project. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Close to the Finish Line

 It's practically that time! Ella and I are so eager to say that we are nearly finished with our film venture! We ran into certain issues on the way with every last bit of it. Despite the fact that we actually pushed through and finished the altering. We definitely disapproved of adding the music and audio effects. Sadly they were not connecting as expected to the film. We attempted numerous choices to inspire it to work and every one of them fizzled. We then, at that point, started to overreact a smidgen. We looked into certain recordings on youtube to help out us. We at long last observed one that was useful. We continued back to altering and it at last worked! Sadly that wasn't all. Then a few clasps vanished while altering too. Group Final Task Blog

 Hello! Finally there is a new project! This calls for new people, new ideas, and new opportunities. For my final task project I will be working with Ella Wills from my first project. At the beginning of the week as we became introduced with the project itself, we had a group of four set up with two of our friends, we then decided it would be better to work alone because it is much more convenient and practical. The concept of working on huge projects with friends can be difficult because you don't want to work with strangers but also don't want to be distracted by your friends. Even through this could possibly be a future issue or worry, Ella and I work amazingly together. We have known one another since we were toddlers and we grew up in close proximity to one another with similar job schedules, school schedules, etc. This project will be easy for us because we are very hard workers and we can 100% accomplish what is thrown at us. Title Research: Suicide Squad

 The last movie that we decided to research was the very well known movie Suicide Squad. This movie was a huge movie in 2016 and was loved by everyone all around the world. The closing title sequence contained  how a movie or television show presents its title, key production elements, and cast members using visuals and sound. They included the director, the actors, screenplay maker, screen story maker, the producers, editors, and other important figures in the making of the movie. This is important because it gives acknowledgement to the people who contributed big parts into making the movie. The images produced in the title sequence for this movie were many shots zooming back into different scenes and important places.
