Planning Blog

 Props: 

The props I will be using are makeup, a car, different costumes, a rose, and a phone. Other props being included later on will be further listed. 

Costumes: 

For the costumes we are planning to wear, I plan to have one clip have the couple dressed up, the lady in a dress and the man in a polo and dressy shorts, this scene will represent the finer times in the relationship, we will use these costumes for a dinner scene or a reunited scene. The second costume we plan to use is a messy outfit for both actors, an example of "messy" is sweatpants and a loose shirt or sweatshirt, these costumes will be used in the emotional breakup scenes and reminiscing scenes of the couple. There will probably be beachwear involved with our video as well, however it is not fully decided due to unknown weather patterns on the days we plan to film. Lastly, the costumes will be one or two casual looks, an example being jeans and a nice shirt or a nice casual dress. These outfits will be used to shoot scenes where the flashbacks go to moments of the couples memories. 

Schedule: 

On 11/20/21: I will begin shooting the first clips of when the couple were together, these clips will be used as the flashback memories dealt with the lyrics in the song. 

On 11/21/21: I will start the second day of shooting, these scenes will be a dinner scene where the actors are dressed nicely, and this will involve the breakup scene shoots. The broken up scene will be dramatic and will have to be filmed in different areas for a better effect of the feelings. 

On 11/22/21: I will conclude my filming process by going through all clips and reshooting anything that needs to be redone and I will begin on editing the clips and the music. 

On 11/23/21: Editing will progress

On 11/24/21: Editing will be finished and the finished product will be ready, all that's left to do is small edits and timing checks. 

Location Lists: 

The main locations for these scenes will be areas that bring memories, the beach, the car, the dates, etc. Other locations we will film in are in our homes, these locations will be used for the breakup scenes providing seperation between the couple. For the beginning locations, we will have to shoot in some of those locations twice to show in the video the scenes with the significant other and without to proceed the effect of loneliness or sorrow. 

Backup Plan: 

If the weather is not well for the outside scenes, we could easily move them inside and create the same effects. For the beach date scenes and sunset scenes, we can film scenes in other areas that still give memories that last.

 It's practically that time! Ella and I are so eager to say that we are nearly finished with our film venture! We ran into certain issues on the way with every last bit of it. Despite the fact that we actually pushed through and finished the altering. We definitely disapproved of adding the music and audio effects. Sadly they were not connecting as expected to the film. We attempted numerous choices to inspire it to work and every one of them fizzled. We then, at that point, started to overreact a smidgen. We looked into certain recordings on youtube to help out us. We at long last observed one that was useful. We continued back to altering and it at last worked! Sadly that wasn't all. Then a few clasps vanished while altering too. Group Final Task Blog

 Hello! Finally there is a new project! This calls for new people, new ideas, and new opportunities. For my final task project I will be working with Ella Wills from my first project. At the beginning of the week as we became introduced with the project itself, we had a group of four set up with two of our friends, we then decided it would be better to work alone because it is much more convenient and practical. The concept of working on huge projects with friends can be difficult because you don't want to work with strangers but also don't want to be distracted by your friends. Even through this could possibly be a future issue or worry, Ella and I work amazingly together. We have known one another since we were toddlers and we grew up in close proximity to one another with similar job schedules, school schedules, etc. This project will be easy for us because we are very hard workers and we can 100% accomplish what is thrown at us. Title Research: Suicide Squad

 The last movie that we decided to research was the very well known movie Suicide Squad. This movie was a huge movie in 2016 and was loved by everyone all around the world. The closing title sequence contained  how a movie or television show presents its title, key production elements, and cast members using visuals and sound. They included the director, the actors, screenplay maker, screen story maker, the producers, editors, and other important figures in the making of the movie. This is important because it gives acknowledgement to the people who contributed big parts into making the movie. The images produced in the title sequence for this movie were many shots zooming back into different scenes and important places.
